Daryl and Phillipa Heslop personally welcome you to Stonehurst Cedar Creek, a beautiful part of the historic Wollombi Valley. Our family owned and run vineyard is committed to producing premium quality wines through sustainable viticulture.
Our 550 acre property is a combination of vineyards, deer and cattle farm set against a backdrop of hills covered in bushland. As our guests, you are free to explore during your stay. Wander through the vineyards, take a bushwalk high into the mountain or along our tree-lined brook to the sandstone cellar door to enjoy a wine tasting.
Stonehurst are proud hosts of 'Sculpture in the Vineyards' - an exhibition of large-sale outdoor works, held annually from October to January.
We are committed to sustainable agriculture.Our elevated trellis captures sunlight and airflow enhancing fruit quality and flavours. Vines are hand pruned, and all fruit handpicked. We use no insecticide and only organically approved fungicide.
The results of this labour of love are award winning wines from a very healthy vineyard. Try our Methode Champagnoise, Hunter Boutique Wine Show Trophy winner! And also our Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Chambourcin and fortified wines.
